If so, you are the right person to join our CSS Partnerships team as a Technical Account Manager - Shopping Ads. You will play a key role in growing our hybrid Affiliate Marketing and Paid Search efforts.
What You Will Accomplish
- Support partner technical onboarding for shopping ads integrations by managing feed and API setup, authentication, schema alignment, data validation, and delivery SLAs.
- Document partner requirements and provide clear implementation mentorship; assist partners in configuring feeds/APIs according to published specifications.
- Build reliable technical runbooks and incident response protocols for managing tracking, API, or feed concerns; facilitate partner-wide triage and ongoing refinement of reliability and data quality.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation (guides, playbooks, onboarding materials) that accelerate partner readiness and ensure consistent execution.
- Collaborate with product and engineering collaborators to share partner use-cases and constraints that inform roadmap decisions (e.g., feed formats, rate limits, filters, product info sharing).
- Track and report portfolio-level technical benchmarks such as integration readiness, data latency, SLA adherence, error budgets, and signal coverage; surface risks and propose mitigation plans.
What You Will Bring
- 2+ years in Technical Account Management, Partner Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similar roles supporting external partners in ads, retail media, or e-commerce.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and data feeds (CSV/JSON; familiarity with batch and streaming concepts), authentication, and integration reliability at scale.
- Working knowledge of Shopping Ads ecosystems (e.g., CSS/Merchant Center workflows, feed policies, disapproval handling, attribution, and optimization levers).
- Ability to read and troubleshoot schemas, rate limits, and partner-specific data needs; strong comfort with data validation and QA.
- Understanding of data governance, privacy, and partner diligence guidelines; capable of detailing risk assessments and value cases.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with external engineering teams and cross-functional collaborators.
- Experience developing solutions related to shopping ads integration or feed architecture; proficiency in SQL/Python for validating data; background in incident management with SLOs/SLA monitoring and operational runbook writing.
- Technical depth with customer empathy to translate partner goals into robust, compliant implementations.
- Operational precision in monitoring, alerting, and incident response for APIs and feeds.
- Data-driven decision-making, quantifying performance impacts and evaluations.
- Influence without authority to align diverse collaborators and drive timely resolution.
- Documentation excellence to scale knowledge and accelerate onboarding across partners and regions.
Location and Travel
Prague/Milan; collaborates across time zones with occasional travel for partner workshops and planning.
