Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic support and development of a portfolio of B2C sellers, particularly in the automotive parts sector.
  • Responsibility for GMV growth and the expansion of advertising revenue for your accounts.
  • Proactive consultation and sale of advertising solutions (e.g., promoted listings) to increase visibility and sales.
  • Development of individual growth strategies with a focus on assortment optimization, pricing, and campaigns.
  • Analysis of sales and advertising data to derive recommendations.
  • Close collaboration with internal teams such as advertising, category management, marketing, and tech.
  • Conducting regular business reviews with a focus on performance, market trends, and potential.

What You Bring To The Table

  • 8+ years of experience in account management, ideally in the e-commerce or online marketplace environment.
  • Sales experience in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and experience in the automotive parts sector or technical understanding of vehicle components is advantageous.
  • You are accustomed to working focused on goals. Strong analytical skills, experience with KPIs and performance targets.
  • You have a high level of persuasiveness when selling solutions, even in situations where there are different views and positions. You work solution-oriented and approach challenges thoughtfully and sensibly.
  • You have various communication styles to effectively manage and conduct conversations, resolve conflicts, and influence outcomes.
  • You speak fluent German (native level) and have very good knowledge of the English language.
