We are looking for a Customer Experience Campaign Manager to design and execute cross-functional initiatives that span customer segments, categories, and channels. This is a hands-on role that brings together internal resources (e.g., platform features, recommendation modules, in-app placements) and external channels (e.g., advertising, social media) to create seamless experiences that resonate with users.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders — including marketing, product, and data teams — you will drive the entire campaign lifecycle from planning, setup, and execution through to continuous improvement, with a strong focus on designing end-to-end user journeys that deliver real value.
