English language knowledge minimum B2 level and fluent German. Basic MS Office. SAP/Oracle knowledge or any Case Mgmt Tool is an advantage. Strong communication skills (written and verbal), Customer Service attitude, strong attention to details, punctuality, problem solving mindset.
