Field Service Engineer

What You'll Do:
Service Engineer is responsible for providing the company's after-sales technical and services supports.
- Perform 7*24h standby service through a rotational duty schedule.
- Provide UPS, Cooling and other products technical advices, system start-up, fault call service, preventive maintenance, system overhaul, etc. for end users.
- Contributes in regional service sales through post-sale capacity.
- Professional trouble shooting reports.
- Coach authorized service engineers from vendors on service skills and operations.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years UPS industry experiences, Diploma or above in Electrical. Minimum 3 years of field experience in service UPS & corrective maintenance. Knowledge and experience in Electrical field or power supply and IDC Data Centre is an advantage. Possess knowledge of products, markets channels.
