Key Accountabilities

  • Track & follow up on distributors' response on the side letter.
  • Manage & close out the comments from distributors on the side letter along with other key internal stakeholders.
  • Liaise with vendor to set up the KPI & KYD questionnaire solution. Perform testing on solution. Implement the KPI & KYD solution with vendor by the stipulated timeline.
  • Provide user training.
  • Provide regular progress updates to working group.

In addition, it is expected that this role will also help out with any BAU tasks assigned from time to time in the following areas:

  • Client Take on, transition & termination
  • Client Reporting Governance
  • Maintenance and update of Legal documents
  • Client Queries and meetings
  • KYC Due Diligence
  • Others

Experience / Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, in supporting an institutional and intermediary client services role, either at an asset manager or a top tier bank.
  • Good knowledge of the asset management industry and the operating business model of an asset manager highly desirable.
  • Good understanding of financial products and funds management industry.
  • Good business level communication skills both written and verbal including report writing skills.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail including delivering reports and documentation to a very high standard.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft applications.
  • At ease to interact with external and internal stakeholders, including senior management, consultants, service providers, investment and sales teams, in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Strong team player, but needs to be able to work autonomously on projects and deliverables around and of varying seniority.
  • Be independent and resourceful in other words, a self-starter.
