The Major incident manager is responsible for leading the resolution of P1 critical incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and recovery of services through effective communication on the bridge/conference call with multiple vendors and delivery teams using "whiteboard" tooling and responsible for escalations across internal and external vendor support teams. With over 200 vendors supporting this high-stakes, business critical contract.
