Your main activities:

Act in the Service Desk area – providing support to end users, quality service, and focus on customer excellence.

What we expect?

Desirable knowledge in Informatics

Desirable previous experience with Service Desk support

Fluent Spanish – speaking and writing

Technical course in IT or currently pursuing higher education in IT fields

Availability to work at different times.

Work schedule: Rotational shift 5x2 and/or 6x1. Time between 11am and 12am

Desirable: English
