Your main activities:
Act in the Service Desk area – providing support to end users, quality service with a focus on customer excellence.
What we expect?
Desirable knowledge in Informatics
Desirable previous experience with Service Desk customer service
Fluent English – speaking and writing
Fluent Spanish – speaking and writing
Availability to work in different hours.
Technical course in IT or currently enrolled in higher education in IT fields
Work schedule: Rotational shift 5x2 and/or 6x1. Schedule between 11am and 12am
