Responsible for aligning departmental priorities and ensuring that resources are allocated to support DuBois' growth priorities. Accountable to support our mission to grow new and maintain existing customers. Coordination with numerous employees and hundreds of projects will require operating in strategic, consultative, and hands-on capacities while helping to drive continuous results. Role will have growth potential in the business, as it is both customer and internally facing. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor timelines, customer approval processes, and key performance metrics in support of corporate priorities. Liaison across business functions in a project coordination capacity.
- Act as the central point of communication for teams' members and stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and managing expectations.
- Assist in the planning, organization, maintaining, and leadership of technical sales projects to support our largest customers and opportunities.
- Track schedules, coordinate customer meeting schedules, and ensure resources are fully utilized.
- Support in balancing competing business priorities, making recommendations about resources and timeline requirements to assist achievement of corporate goals.
- Identify ways to improve the organization and processes within the team to streamline and enhance reporting processes/deliverables.
- Identify and recommend procedures to enhance or maintain a high level of effectiveness in customer projects.
- Assist in defining measurements and outcomes. May assist with both facilitation of teams assigned to projects.
- Support Chief Revenue Officer and Vice President of Applied Technology to ensure alignment of priorities within the team.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Project Coordination or relevant experience.
- 2+ years of demonstrated Project Management coordination experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office Suite and Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to juggle multiple priorities, manage deadlines, exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external clients.
- Detail oriented, with strong project management skills, and ability to coordinate many record keeping activities.
- Ability to think critically and quickly finding solutions to unexpected problems.
- Proactive, self-starter with a strong work ethic who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work in a demanding environment handling a high workload.
- Demonstrate experience in superior customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills while managing confidential information.
- Exercise mature independent judgment.
- Ability to travel up to 20% including overnight travel.
