Key Account Manager

Location: Cuautitlán Izcalli, Mexico State, MX

Position Scope: Lead and develop areas of opportunity based on the commercial strategies and actions that promote acceptance and increase sales in the OEM (Original Equipment) & E Commerce segment, including all commercial areas of the current distribution network, achieving increased market share, company profits, and sales objectives.

Responsibilities: Manage the necessary actions to meet the key performance indicators of the sales area (AOP/Forecast) in line with the organizational strategic plan. Increase the efficiency of the operation through the analysis of opportunities, formulating individual strategies for each of the clients maximizing the dynamic interaction with the distributor network. Coordinate, direct, and control that the regional commercial strategies are aligned with the general sales strategy and that these adhere to corporate policies and procedures. Motivate and direct through tools such as coaching and mentoring to empower the sales force. Develop new projects that allow the opening of new markets, considering the needs of real and potential customers with strategic zones and lines. Monitor the degree of satisfaction of the service and attention provided to the distributor network.

Position Profile Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Industrial Relations, and/or Automotive Engineering or similar. Desirable Diploma and/or Postgraduate in the Commercial, Sales and/or Marketing area. Language: Advanced English; capable of establishing business conversations. Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience required in a Management position, desirable in the sector, or minimum 7 years in a Sales Head position.
