Your tasks
In this role, you will hold the threads of customer service together – bringing structure, clarity, and team spirit into everyday life.
You manage all operational processes of order processing (air/road/sea) and prioritize cleverly in our ERP systems.
You plan and coordinate operations in close collaboration with the warehouse, dispatch, and more.
Reclamations, damage reports, and KPI evaluations? You have them under control.
You lead and develop a team of 6 employees + trainees – from veterans to starters.
You distribute tasks fairly and meaningfully, rebuild teamwork, and ensure clear processes.
You ensure that internal and customer-related quality standards are met.
In addition to the routine, you support business reviews, audits, certifications, and take on administrative tasks.
Once a day, you dive into the daily business for an hour – so you stay close to the action.
You are the linchpin in the migration to DP-World quality management and bring your ideas into process optimization.
Your profile
You fit perfectly with us if you are approachable, can lead people, and enjoy building structures.
Commercial training – ideally logistics or forwarding, but not mandatory.
Experience in leading a team (whether in customer service, call center, back office, etc.).
You bring calm into chaos, get involved, and make pragmatic decisions.
Excel? Your friend. KPIs? No fear, you love numbers.
IT-affine – you like to try out new things and have no fear of AI and systems.
Good English skills.
Customs knowledge is a plus – but you can also learn.
You are present on site, especially in the initial phase, to get to know the team.
You provide support: from young talent to almost retired.
