Manage the full lifecycle of key business applications, including installation, configuration, updates, and decommissioning
Act as the main point of contact between internal users and external software vendors
Monitor application performance, availability, and security, ensuring minimal downtime
Provide hands-on IT support for users, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner
Maintain documentation of IT processes, system configurations, and application workflows
Administer user accounts, permissions, and system access, including onboarding and offboarding support
Coordinate application testing, updates, and deployments
Train end users on application functionality and IT tools
Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and audit requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of IT services with business needs
Support asset management, including setup and maintenance of laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
