Regional Account Manager - East Region

As the Regional Account Manager – East Region you'll be the face of Bulloch POS in your region—fully responsible for driving awareness, adoption, and growth. This single-contributor role blends sales and strategic business development to bring a startup-like drive to a major enterprise. You'll be shaping how convenience retailers embrace a fresh, tech-first fueling experience. You're driving the U.S. launch of a proven, operator-friendly POS solution that significantly reduces downtime, simplifies tech stacks, and delivers real business value. You'll be a brand builder within a team known for innovation, part of Dover's wider clean energy and fueling transformation. You'll be empowered to think big, move fast, and own your results—a true blend of startup energy within an enterprise infrastructure.

What You'll Do

  • Own and execute the regional go-to-market strategy for Bulloch POS—cultivate awareness among operators, channel partners, and decision-makers.
  • Drive the full sales cycle: generate leads, qualifying opportunities, craft compelling proposals, negotiate deals, and close.
  • Collaborate with DFS and Bulloch product teams to position offerings in alignment with operator needs, emerging trends, and competitive insights.
  • Shape creative activation programs—demos, trade shows, digital outreach—that highlight how Bulloch simplifies operations, improves uptime, and replaces tech headaches.
  • Act as a technical and strategic advisor: help customers navigate integrations with DFS's broader ecosystem.
  • Track and report KPIs using Salesforce (or similar tools)—pipeline velocity, forecast accuracy, deal size, etc.
  • Communicate regularly with leadership—insight on market gaps, customer feedback, competitive landscape.
  • Bring an entrepreneurial spirit: test bold ideas, iterate quickly, and scale what works.
  • Travel as needed—up to 50% to meet customers, attend industry events, and field-site visits.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 5–10 years of experience in sales or business development—preferably SaaS, hardware+ software tech, retail tech, or fueling/convenience markets.
  • Proven track record selling complex, integrated solutions—ideally where hardware and software intersect.
  • Deep understanding of POS, payments, forecourt systems, or adjacent technologies. Familiarity with EMV, PCI compliance a plus.
  • Competitive mindset with a consultative approach—focused on solving, not just selling.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and moves at pace—startup experience is a big plus.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of SalesForce.com preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
