As a Partner Manager on the SMB team, you'll own a portfolio of high-potential restaurants and be directly responsible for their growth and success on the platform. You'll act as a trusted partner to operators, working closely with them to improve performance, solve challenges, and unlock new opportunities.
This role blends commercial strategy with execution. You'll lead data-backed business reviews, shape campaign plans, drive product adoption, and influence internal teams to get things done. You'll also play a key role in strengthening our broader team sharing insights, supporting peers, and helping us raise the bar for merchant experience.
Partnership Managers know how to work independently and can effectively organize their time to be as impactful as possible in their own way. This role will report directly to the Manager of SMB Partnerships, Australia. It is a Hybrid role with 3 days per week in-office.
