Enterprise Account Executive, Ad Sales

The ad sales team is responsible for the advertising vision, development and growth of our largest advertising partnerships. This team is seeking additional team members to build an industry-leading CPG ads and promotions business across DoorDash's core categories. The growing DoorDash ads business will quickly become the single best place for brands to market to local customers, in an ecosystem that benefits all parties.

As an Enterprise Account Executive - CPG Foodservice Partnerships, you will build partnerships that create tangible value for both DoorDash and advertisers. In this role, you will manage the ads strategy across a focused portfolio of CPG foodservice accounts, and drive adoption of our growing ads and promotions offering. You will also work cross-functionally with account management, marketing, analytics, and product to innovate on our future approach and solutions. You will report into an Industry Manager within the CPG Ad Sales in our Enterprise Sales & Business Development organization. Category specific focus will be across Food and Beverage sales at restaurants.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Join a rapidly growing team within the DoorDash Ads & Promos org.
  • Lead end-to-end advertising conversations across a portfolio of consumer packaged goods (CPG) advertisers.
  • Drive product/feature adoption, and ultimately grow advertiser value and sustainable revenue for DoorDash.
  • Represent advertiser needs to influence our Ads & Promos product roadmap and go to market strategy.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline and create annual and quarterly plans to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Co-develop pitch materials and processes to enable future scale of the team and business.

We're excited about you because…

  • You are a strategic, consultative seller with 4–5+ years of digital media experience, skilled at managing a sales pipeline and driving both short- and mid-term impact.
  • You thrive in high-intensity environments while staying grounded, solutions-oriented, and optimistic. You bring curiosity, humility, and a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality, while also demonstrating executive presence and collaborative resilience.
  • You use data and insights to inform recommendations aligned with advertiser objectives and business priorities, and you understand the fundamentals of digital ads measurement—from attribution to funnel metrics.
  • You have a background in CPG advertising, marketing, or sales, ideally in E-commerce; hands-on experience in the restaurant industry or with a major beverage retailer is a strong plus.
  • You have strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills, and experience influencing across multiple levels of an organization.
