We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Mobile Solutions Aftermarket team in our office located in Terrassa, Barcelona. The selected candidate will be responsible for the CEE region and therefore needs to speak fluent Russian and English.

In this position, you will be at the heart of our customer experience - supporting purchasing processes, strengthening client relationships, and working cross-functionally with teams like sales, logistics, and finance.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage, track, and follow up on customer orders with accuracy and care
  • Provide excellent support and timely communication to your assigned customer accounts
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth deliveries and proactive problem-solving
  • Handle billing, returns, and any necessary corrections
  • Respond to inquiries about pricing, products, availability, and lead times with professionalism
  • Help build lasting customer relationships and ensure satisfaction at every stage

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, administration, or logistics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Russian and English
  • Comfortable with MS Office and Outlook; Oracle R12, CRM tools, and knowledge of incoterms are a plus
  • Organized, flexible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset and a strong team player who takes initiative
