Customer Service Rep

Domino's is looking for energetic Customer Service Reps to staff a new store opening in your area soon. If you have a great personality and love working with people, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take phone and in-person orders in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Accurately enter orders using the computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Prepare pizzas and side items to product standards.
  • Restock ingredients and organize storage areas, including the walk-in cooler.
  • Help keep the facility and equipment clean and operation-ready.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Must be punctual and arrive on time for all scheduled shifts.
  • Must be available to work nights and weekends.
  • Ability to pass a background check.

Physical Demands Team members must be able to stand for long periods and walk on various surfaces (tile, linoleum). Listing and carrying requirements include:

  • Lifting supplies up to 50 lbs and stacking them on shelves up to 72" high.
  • Moving ingredients (up to 30 lbs) and dough trays (approx. 12 lbs) over short distances.
  • Occasional climbing (ladders/stairs) and pushing/pulling dollies (requiring up to 7.5 lbs of force).
  • Motor coordination to rapidly perform precise movements with hands/fingers (typing, pizza making).

Working Conditions & Hazards Work is performed in a fast-paced environment with exposure to:

  • Extreme ranges from 36°F (walk-in cooler) to 90°F+ (kitchen) and up to 500°F (ovens).
  • Exposure to cornmeal dust, food fumes, cramped quarters, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
  • Occasional exposure to adverse weather during trash removal or tasks outside the store.

Mental & Sensory Requirements:

  • Must have near/mid-range vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate hot/cold surfaces. Must be able to hear and speak clearly on the telephone.
  • Ability to direct activities, work under stress, meet strict quality standards, and make quick decisions while dealing with customers and crew.
