Temperament: The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions. Physical requirements include, but are not limited to the following: Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, and hand tasks.
Machines, tools, equipment, work aids: Team members may be required to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, hair nets, aprons, gloves, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.
Advancement: Many team members began their careers as delivery drivers and today are successful Domino's franchise owners. All positions from customer service representative to management, General Manager to Supervisor or Franchisee, Dominos offers a world of opportunity.
