Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong communication abilities, particularly in phone interactions
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to company procedures
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
- Multitasking skills to manage multiple orders and tasks efficiently
- Team player attitude with a willingness to support colleagues
- Attention to detail in order preparation and customer interactions
- Basic computer skills for operating ordering systems
- Food service experience is a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
