Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through phone calls and in-person interactions
Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system with precision
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold the store's cleanliness standards
Demonstrate flexibility in handling multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities
Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs as needed
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing
Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Basic computer skills for operating order-taking systems
