Customer Service Rep
Domino's Pizza in St Louis, United States is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 8346 WATSON RD location. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming phone calls and taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a positive attitude
- Processing cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings

Qualifications include:

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Team player with a positive attitude and an easy smile
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy work setting
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus, but not required
