Customer Service Rep
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative at our 8404 Preston Hwy location in Louisville, United States. We're looking for friendly, efficient, and customer-focused individuals to provide exceptional service to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and professionally
- Process cash and credit card transactions
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
- Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems
- Keen attention to detail to ensure order accuracy
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
