In this strategic role, you’ll lead growth initiatives for assigned key accounts across North America, working closely with internal teams to expand market presence, drive revenue, and strengthen long-term customer partnerships. What You’ll Do as a Key Account Manager:

  • Lead sales efforts to achieve company growth targets within assigned accounts across North America
  • Develop and execute account strategies to increase market share, penetrate new accounts, and expand product adoption
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts
  • Coordinate with internal teams—including operations, engineering, and product management—to ensure customer profitability and satisfaction
  • Identify, develop, and execute strategic plans for targeted products within existing and new accounts
  • Manage pricing, contract negotiations, and margin expectations in alignment with company objectives
  • Drive customer growth through new product introductions and market expansion initiatives

What You Need to Bring to the Key Account Manager Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7+ years of experience in an engineering, technical, or sales management role serving the domestic market
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, pricing, and expectations
  • Proven experience developing and executing account strategies and sales plans
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
  • Willingness to travel domestically as required to support customer relationships
