Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring an Inside Sales & Customer Success Specialist for a manufacturing company in Brainerd, MN. In this role, you’ll support product sales by preparing accurate quotes, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service to distributors, installers, and end users. What You’ll Do as an Inside Sales & Customer Success Specialist:

• Respond to customer and distributor inquiries regarding product information
• Prepare accurate quotations including pricing, lead times, and terms
• Follow up on quotes to support order conversion
• Assist with product selection and application questions
• Enter orders into the ERP system with high accuracy
• Verify pricing, part numbers, and delivery requirements
• Coordinate with production and purchasing to confirm lead times
• Provide order status updates and resolve shipping or order issues
• Support the RMA process and quality issue resolutions
• Maintain customer records and opportunity updates within CRM systems

What You Need to Bring to the Inside Sales & Customer Success Specialist Role:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail for quoting and order entry
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems preferred
• Ability to interpret basic product specifications or drawings
• 2–5 years of inside sales, customer service, or order management experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field preferred
• Reliable transportation to the Brainerd area
• Ability to pass any required pre-employment screenings
