Account Manager

DOGA is a growing multinational company with over 60 years of experience in the development of customized projects for various industrial sectors. We design and manufacture our own products, which allows the company to maintain full control over quality and innovation. With a global presence, we have subsidiaries in Italy, the United States, Mexico, Brazil, China, India, Morocco and Japan, and distribute our products to over 70 countries.

We are looking for an Account Manager who will be responsible for developing the Drive Systems business unit, ensuring the growth of key accounts, exploring new markets, and consolidating long-term commercial relationships.

Essential Tasks

  • Manage and grow key accounts in the Drive Systems business, increasing market penetration and profitability.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within the industrial and renewable energies sectors.
  • Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with the strategic objectives of the Drive Systems unit.
  • Provide tailored proposals and solutions, ensuring technical and commercial alignment with customer requirements.
  • Monitor project execution, guaranteeing on-time delivery, service quality, and long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to align solutions with innovation and market demands.

Profile Required

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or similar.
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in B2B commercial roles, ideally in drive systems, motion control, renewable energies, or related industrial solutions.
  • High level of English (oral and written). Other languages will be a plus.
  • Strategic and results-oriented mindset, with strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and customer relationship management.
