As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our team.
You will be offering a premium experience for our clients by thoroughly understanding their business goals and ensuring that Doctify meets them. This role sits within an exciting and energetic team. You will be learning more about the product (front and back-end) and platforms we use internally, e.g. using industry-leading CRM and customer tools such as Salesforce.
You will be provided with training in order to be successful at your job - just arrive with an appetite to learn and a passion for healthcare!
