AD STARR is a company owned by DICK'S SPORTING GOODS. The Customer Service Specialist will support all aspects of the front office of the business, including answering incoming calls, providing general customer support, assisting with order/data entry and assisting the finance team with daily functions.
Role Responsibilities:
Ability to provide exceptional customer service that drives satisfaction and loyalty in a fast paced, metric driven environment, based on Quality of interactions and efficiency:
Provide customer service and data entry for customers that contact the business by PHONE:
Service WALK-IN customers:
Support the Sales Team:
Support the Finance Team:
Expected to assist other areas (uniform production team, warehouse team, etc.) of the business as needed.
**Please note this role is seasonal and approximately 16 weeks
AD STARR business hours are Monday – Friday 8A to 5P
Weekends not required.
