Role Overview

We operate in various markets, channels, and specialties. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee your customer accounts in the hospitality sector, including regional wholesalers, brewery partners, and corporate clients, and lead all daily business activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at the customer level.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying sales opportunities and market gaps, optimizing promotional plans, and executing activations in collaboration with support functions.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of relevant customer and category data, and develop and implement tailored, data-driven customer strategies.
  • Support the development of customized marketing concepts and track their performance against defined KPIs.
  • Execute product launches and campaigns.
  • Lead and guide category management projects.
  • Collaborate closely with the field sales team and key internal stakeholders such as revenue growth management, customer activation, finance, logistics, and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.
  • Graduate degree in business administration or equivalent qualification/work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an account manager, key account manager, or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in managing large clients in the FMCG sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the structures and processes in the Austrian retail sector.
  • Excellent analytical skills, assertiveness, communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, with the ability to work both in a team and independently.
