We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Customer Support Agents to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional support experience across multiple channels including calls and text. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, contribute to knowledge base documentation, and drive continuous improvement in our support processes.
$50,000 - $70,000 a year
Base pay is one element of our Total Rewards package, which may also include comprehensive benefits and equity, depending on eligibility. The annual base salary range for this position is from $50,000 to $70,000. The actual base pay offered will be determined based on factors such as years of relevant experience, skills, and education. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
