DexCom

A medical device company specializing in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) systems for people with diabetes.

Contract Admin Representative

Dexcom Corporation (NASDAQ DXCM) is a pioneer and global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). Dexcom began as a small company with a big dream: To forever change how diabetes is managed. To unlock information and insights that drive better health outcomes. Here we are 25 years later, having pioneered an industry. And we're just getting started. We are broadening our vision beyond diabetes to empower people to take control of health. That means personalized, actionable insights aimed at solving important health challenges. To continue what we've started: Improving human health.

We are driven by thousands of ambitious, passionate people worldwide who are willing to fight like warriors to earn the trust of our customers by listening, serving with integrity, thinking big, and being dependable. We've already changed millions of lives and we're ready to change millions more. Our future ambition is to become a leading consumer health technology company while continuing to develop solutions for serious health conditions. We'll get there by constantly reinventing unique biosensing-technology experiences. Though we've come a long way from our small company days, our dreams are bigger than ever. The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.

The Contract Admin team is part of the broader GBS Lithuania Inside Operations group within Dexcom's Global Business Services (GBS) Centre, supporting teams across the EMEA region and Canada. We specialise in the administrative side of Dexcom's engagement creation process, helping our colleagues bring impact partnerships to life. As a Contract Admin Representative, you play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient contract life cycle.

Your precision and proactive coordination provide essential support to our Marketing and Sales teams, who rely on your expertise to keep things moving. In this dynamic and collaborative environment, you'll manage contract intake, enter data into systems like Porzio or Ironclad, track progress, and actively communicate with all parties involved. This includes initiating problem-solving when needed and coordinating with Legal, Procurement, Compliance, business teams, and Healthcare Professionals to ensure timely and successful contract execution.

Where you come in:

  • You will manage Healthcare Professional engagement submissions for contracting in the Porzio system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • You will assist in tracking invoice and payment statuses, helping to facilitate timely financial processing.
  • You will provide initial guidance to contract requester, ensuring engagements align with Compliance, Legal, and Procurement policies.
  • You will perform additional duties as assigned by management to support the overall objectives of the team and the company.

What makes you successful:

  • You have strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • You demonstrate pro-activeness and problem-solving abilities, working independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • You bring a strong ability to collaborate and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have excellent English and German verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are able to interpret contract-related data and follow documentation such as internal procedures, compliance guidelines, and operating instructions.
  • You have working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Environment, Outlook, Teams and other productivity tools.
  • You have previous experience in Operations or Customer Support, which is considered as a plus.

What you'll get:

  • A comprehensive onboarding and training on the job.
  • Opportunity to work in a diverse and inclusive environment with colleagues representing 45 different nationalities.
  • Hybrid working model, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and in a modern, well-equipped office space.
  • 5 additional vacation days, with potential for more for parents, students, and other cases with approval.
  • Opportunity to work from other countries for up to 30 days per year.
  • Health Insurance including reduced premiums available for dependents.

  • Best-in-class training and career development programs.
  • Exclusive discounts on restaurants, spas, clothing, gyms, entertainment, and more.
  • Access to a fitness tracking app with rewards for staying active.
  • Free parking space at the city center office location.
  • Language premium allowance.
