Your missions:

  • Be the technical referent on the modules Customer Service Management (CSM), Field Service Management (FSM) and Mobile
  • Design and implement robust, scalable and high-performance solutions
  • Supervise, coach and support technical teams
  • Ensure the quality of developments and respect for ServiceNow best practices
  • Participate in architecture workshops and contribute to structuring technical choices
  • Provide advanced support and optimize the performance of solutions
  • Intervene in close collaboration with the client, remotely and on site

Qualifications

Profile sought:

  • Bac+5 degree (engineering school or equivalent university)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform
  • Confirmed expertise on CSM and FSM (implementation & optimization)
  • Solid experience on ServiceNow Mobile solutions
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications
  • Technical leadership and ability to evolve in complex environments
  • Autonomy, rigor and customer service sense
  • Mastery of development and architecture best practices
  • Good communication in French (English desired)
  • CSA certification required
  • CIS-CSM and CIS-FSM certifications strongly recommended
  • Experience in the Telecom sector is highly appreciated
