Description du poste

Your missions:

  • Recueillir et analyser les besoins métiers auprès des différentes parties prenantes
  • Animer des ateliers de travail et formaliser les exigences fonctionnelles
  • Modéliser les processus métiers (as-is / to-be)
  • Rédiger la documentation fonctionnelle: expression des besoins, DAF, user stories, spécifications fonctionnelles…
  • Assurer l'interface entre les équipes métiers et techniques
  • Accompagner les équipes techniques dans la clarification des besoins fonctionnels
  • Participer aux phases de recette (UAT) et à l'accompagnement au changement

Qualifications

Profil recherché:

  • Formation Bac+5 (école d'ingénieurs, école de commerce ou équivalent universitaire)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience on ServiceNow
  • Mastery of CSM and FSM processes
  • Good functional knowledge of ServiceNow Mobile solutions
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills
  • Ability to work closely with the client (remotely and on site)
  • Strong competency in writing functional documentation in French (requirements specifications, DAF, user stories…)
  • Very good communication in French (English desired)
  • CSA certification required
  • CIS-CSM and CIS-FSM certifications strongly recommended
