Position: Real Estate Programme Governance Office (PGO) - Project Coordinator (M/F)

Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive employee to manage and improve data processes within our Governance Workflow tool, dbClarity. This role involves supporting project delivery teams, ensuring data integrity, and providing accurate reporting to regional governance leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for data maintenance, continuous improvement, and delivery of the Governance Workflow tool dbClarity
  • Administer projects and support delivery teams in dbClarity
  • Deliver monthly deviation and quality assurance reports for all live projects and act as the primary point of contact for related queries
  • Execute monthly quality checks and support Regional Programme Governance Office (PGO) Leads in ensuring data integrity
  • Assist Regional PGO Leads in generating ad-hoc reports and delivering updates to template documents

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Analyst in Financial, Project Governance, or Real Estate sectors
  • In-depth understanding of Real Estate or Construction Project delivery and processes is highly desirable
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Proficiency in Polish (spoken and written)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Familiarity with governance tools and reporting processes is an advantage
