Coverage Support Analyst, NCT

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about working with data to drive financial insights and decision-making. You will play a key role in cleaning, structuring, and analyzing financial datasets to support Salesforce reporting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.

This role is not only limited to Salesforce Data but also working on different reporting and analytics tools.

This role is for US Timezone (02:00PM to 11:00 PM IST).

Working on reports on Salesforce data (mainly opportunities and activities) and dashboards within Salesforce, Analytics Studio.

Running reports for various business needs such as sales reporting, management reporting, data management, and ad-hoc user requests.

Optimizing Salesforce data model based on reporting requirements in collaboration with our internal IT.

Support for the day-to-day activities for sales staff within Sales Cloud Salesforce CRM (Account & Contact Management, Activities, Campaign Management, Reporting, Analytics) for 1,500 users around the world.

Managing case pipeline for incoming requests and support in process documentation.

Training users in the effective use of the CRM application.

Collect, clean, and validate large financial datasets from internal and external sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Structure raw data into usable formats for analysis and reporting.

Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.

Apply statistical techniques to support business decision-making.

Document processes and ensure data integrity and accuracy.

  • CRM related experience is a precondition to qualify for this role. Salesforce is desirable but any CRM experience is acceptable.
  • Experience with analytics tools: Salesforce native dashboards, analytics studio, Tableau & Qlik Sense
  • Understanding for complex data structures and comfortable working with data sets
  • Experience of data migration projects either through initial seeding of CRM systems or data integrations to external systems to enrich existing CRM data, as well as experience of working with business to manage data quality.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication skills in English – both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor and/or advanced degree.
  • Demand tools and Tableau are desirable.
