Within the Client Service Executive team, which supports the Wealth Management division, the role involves supporting bankers in the administrative and operational management of client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage with autonomy, reliability, and timeliness all phases of account opening, client onboarding, closing relationships, succession, validation, and anomaly management, in compliance with current regulations.
  • Manage with autonomy, reliability, and timeliness all typical activities related to the ordinary and extraordinary operations of a current account (transfers and other payments, credit card management, checks, etc.).
  • Manage and execute correctly and promptly orders (equities, bonds, ETFs, structured products, and funds), portfolio transfers (telex and account transfer), and corporate action activities.
  • Manage daily end-of-day controls on executed operations with the necessary accuracy and precision.
  • Manage the relationship with the client with autonomy and authority in reference to ordinary and extraordinary operations.
  • Manage and update with reliability, punctuality, and efficiency all relevant information related to the client relationship.
  • Manage accurately and consistently the archive activities, shipping, and other operations necessary for the proper conduct of administrative activities.

Competencies

  • Degree in Economics or Law.
  • Excellent knowledge of the main tools of the Office package.
  • Good knowledge of the English language, written and spoken.
  • Ability to autonomously interface with clients.
  • Previous experience in the Wealth Management/Private banking sector in Middle Office, Staff, or Business Support structures.
