Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end support to Relationship Managers by handling general client inquiries, ensuring seamless service delivery and timely resolution of requests.
  • Execute client orders across money market, securities, FX spot and payments, performing necessary checks (appropriateness, suitability, AML reviews) and ensuring precise processing and follow-up.
  • Manage account lifecycle activities, including account opening/closing, documentation preparation, due-diligence (KYC, media searches, PCR), and accurate system updates to maintain data quality.
  • Monitor client positions and activities (e.g., unauthorized overdrafts, credit excesses, loan rollovers, corporate actions), keeping RMs informed and ensuring compliance with policies and risk frameworks.
  • Coordinate client-related administrative tasks such as event invitations, meeting packs, periodic valuations, fee run support, and daily correspondence while safeguarding confidentiality and audit requirements.
  • Foster strong collaboration across internal teams and deliver a consistently high level of client satisfaction, acting within regulatory, ethical and operational standards at all times.

Skills

  • Structured and organized working style with high attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet cut-off times and manage peak workload efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, proactive mindset and ability to work autonomously.
  • Agility to learn and adapt to new processes, systems and requirements.
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch.

The successful candidate will be asked to present a recent criminal record.
