An exciting and meaningful role within the important and growing Wealth Management segment of Deutsche Bank Luxembourg. The Account Maintenance Team which is part of the wider Business Service Team, an international and diverse environment in one of the most attractive segments with growth opportunities. Your goals is to maximize client satisfaction as well as establishing credibility and trust, maintaining the highest standards of personal and professional integrity. You will be in touch with our bank-internal specialists (product, credit, risk, legal), and handle complex account related queries (Price and Fee setup, Portfolio Strategy implementation, Credit requests, Account closing, etc.) for offshore clients and execution of all tasks and processes of the life-cycle of a Private Banking account. You will be accountable for risk and compliance topics by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined.

Responsibilities

  • Member of the Account Maintenance Team, supporting Deutsche Bank Luxembourg Private Bank businesses.
  • Support the front office on new client adoption and account maintenance activities (advice on exceptions and special situations, verification of legal documentation / DB requirement, etc.).
  • Administration (input and update) of client data and respective account codification in DB system.
  • Participate in the continuous assessment and recommend actions to improve the client account maintenance process and operation model.
  • Track account maintenance process and proactively follow-up across Front Office teams on progress and propose assistance in resolution of related issues.
  • Answer the administrative questions from the CA and from other departments of the bank.
  • Produce regular reporting and client statements.
  • Participate in the periodic projects with the objective to share the expertise and contribute to the new process efficiency.

Skills

  • Three or more years of Financial Services experience, preferably with Private Banking, or Customer Service
  • Acquired understanding of bank policies, procedures, and operations.
  • Good problem-solving skills, multitasking, attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong teamwork and organizational skills, ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Strong customer relationship, communication and presentation skills.
  • Positive and dynamic approach to work.
  • Ability to work under pressure, taking full ownership of your tasks.
  • Working experience in the area requiring proactive coordination within operating areas throughout the bank.
  • Excellent level of English (oral and written) and French/German would be an asset.
  • Working knowledge of AVALOQ Banking System is a plus.

The successful candidate will be asked to present a recent criminal record.
