Work You'll Do:

• Our practitioners work in integrated project teams on a range of projects covering the entire lifecycle from strategy formulation through to design, development, and the deployment of solutions.
• As a billing solution expert, you will bring considerable billing management expertise to help design, develop, and implement subscription billing solutions to transform client's billing processes.
• You will interact daily with key business and IT executives and lead multiple teams in various strategy and implementation activities.
• Responsibilities will include: managing day to day interactions with executive clients, managing and delivering components of client engagements, developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers, performing role of counselor and coach, and providing leadership and support for delivery teams and staff.

The successful candidate will possess: ability to communicate complex system concepts to a business audience, strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, subscription billing experience in industries such as High-Tech, Automotive, Med-Tech, or Telecom, experience leading complex engagements, and experience identifying creative solutions within configurable cloud systems.

Qualifications Required:

• 3+ years of experience in subscription billing within consulting or industry, specifically focused on delivering cloud-based subscription billing solutions.
• 2+ years of experience with end-to-end implementations of subscription billing solutions.
• A Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average.

Preferred:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with subscription billing, including applying leading practices and facilitating solutions for complex client business requirements.
• At least 2 years of experience designing or optimizing lead-to-cash and record-to-report processes and end-to-end system architectures.
• Minimum 2 years of direct experience across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• At least 2 years of practical experience applying Agile and Scrum methodologies to deliver business or technology solutions.
• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting architecture assessments and developing implementation roadmaps for subscription billing solutions.
• At least 2 years of experience designing and configuring cloud or SaaS-based subscription billing solutions in complex, multi-entity environments.
• Minimum 2 years of experience designing integrations with upstream systems and downstream ERP applications.
• At least 1 year of experience managing teams of 3 or more people.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,175 to $218,625. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
