Support investors by processing transaction requests, answering online account inquiries, and guiding decisions based on account goals. Handle account transactions over the phone, including purchases, redemptions, and exchanges. Assist investors in navigating and troubleshooting issues on the website or online platform. Deliver clear, goal-oriented service to ensure a seamless investor experience across all touchpoints.
Skills & Qualifications:
Pay: $21.00/HR (weekly pay) - Upon permanent hire, the hourly rate offered will be $25.96/HR
Start Date: January 26th
Hours of Operation: M-F 6:45am-4:15pm (Must be open to 6:45am, 7:00am, OR 7:15am start times)
Location: Denver, CO 80206 - ONSITE
