Summary

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the expansion of the Third-Party Network in the assigned region for technical support of DENTSPLY SIRONA® brand equipment, as well as training our third-party network engineers for installation and maintenance of equipment in the national territory.

Main Activities:

• Customer service through authorized channels
• Telephone and/or remote follow-up and attention
• Compliance with the third-party company training program
• Continuous quality evaluation of third-party companies (site visits)
• Scheduling of itineraries for third parties outside the coverage area
• Follow-up on NPS surveys of the assigned region
• Activation and follow-up of cases in the assigned region
• Generation and follow-up of customer quotes and services
• Follow-up on collection of quotes
• Technical assistance to third-party companies (resolution of doubts and provision of support material)
• Technical assistance to customers on site
• Review and control of third-party expenses (travel and tabulator)
• Ensure 100% of OS signed by customers
• Ensure 100% of timely prescription recognition
• Technical assistance to KOL clients
• Manage and provide traceability to the exit and return of spare parts with the warehouse area
• Review and repair of showroom equipment
• Keep the work area clean and tidy

Requirements of the position:

• Biomedical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Office package management: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Basic English.
• Current driver's license.
• Desirable experience in the dental industry (a plus).
• Customer service enthusiasm.
• Availability to travel.
• Location: Vallejo, CDMX, Mexico
• Knowledge in SAP, SALESFORCE (a plus).
