We are looking for an experienced and talented Account Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery.
Responsibilities for employment include fulfilling quantitative requirements under the leadership and supervision of superior, and independently handling his/her own tasks. Promote and sell company products and services to current and potential clients through professional consultancy by means of presentation, training, workshop etc. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity, identify sales prospects and establish and maintain current and potential client relationships. Follow up on the end users' feedback and assist in marketing events. Responsible for helping dealers develop new clients, monitoring cross-territorial sales. Handle product return and customer complaints, and track customer orders and payment. Propose improvement suggestions of products and services according to the changes and variations of customer needs and market. Other duties as assigned. Frequent travel.
Qualifications include a college's degree or above, preferably in stomatology related domain. At least 4 years relevant working experience in foreign invested companies, dental products sales experience preferred. Minimum 1 year experience in managing front line sales people and dealers of medical consumable goods. Excellent command of presentation and negotiation skills. Proficient in office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. Proactive and strong willing to win. Logic thinking. Willingness to work under pressure and through significant business travel.
