Requirements:
- Education level: Lic. in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Relations or related field (Graduated)
- Experience: 5 years in corporate sales
- Experience in the insurance sector, health insurance, and/or GMM with direct client portfolios
- Proficiency in Office 365
- Proficiency in CRMs (Hubspot or Salesforce)

Main Functions:
- Identify and prospect opportunities for the placement of the ONCOSALUD product, in its collective lines, with consolidated SMEs, companies, and medium segment brokers in Nuevo Le贸n and adjacent cities.
- Develop client acquisition strategies, identifying opportunities to generate successful commercial relationships and presenting personalized value proposals.
- Analyze the specific needs of each account to propose action plans and commercial strategies.
- Work together with internal teams to offer solutions adapted to the needs of prospects, requesting quotes, offering follow-up, and closing.
- Build solid and trustworthy commercial relationships with prospects and clients, acting as the main point of contact.
- Meet the established sales objectives in revenue, margin, and market share, collaborating with operations, product, finance, and marketing areas to ensure the correct implementation of commercial solutions.
- Present the overall view of your commercial funnel: total volume of active prospects, distributed by stage: identification, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
