Job Description

Your Mission: You will be responsible for building, managing, and growing relationships with top restaurant partners, acting as a trusted consultant to drive their success. You'll use data-driven insights, industry knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration with other teams to optimize partnerships and maximize business impact.

The Ride:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant Partners, through consistent and proactive communication.
  • Understand Partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
  • Manipulate and analyse data to drive operational excellence, growth and profitability, both for your Partners and for Glovo.
  • Drive rapid revenue growth through smart promotions, high-impact marketing activations, and menu optimization.
  • Take ownership of partner revenue performance, driving measurable growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customized solutions to meet Partners' needs, including Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service.
  • Take full ownership of the partner onboarding process in the App — from store setup to supporting their first days on Glovo — with a focus on operations, marketing, and sales

Qualifications

What You Will Bring To The Ride:

  • 2+ years of experience in high-performance account management or business consultancy. Preferably in FMCG, food-hospitality, or on-demand delivery industry.
  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or is a plus.
  • You're motivated by pursuing ambitious goals with timely execution, and a proven track record of exceeding KPIs is a definite advantage
  • Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach based on details.
  • You are a highly organized, proactive individual with strong time management and prioritization skills, eager to engage in both strategic planning and hands-on execution to drive results.
  • Good knowledge of internal tools such as Google suite. Salesforce is a plus.
  • Native level of Italian is required as proficiency in English.
