YOUR MISSION

As an Account Manager, you are the heartbeat of our retail partnerships. Your mission is to ensure our partners land on the platform with a bang and stay optimized for maximum growth. You will be the bridge between Glovo and our retail partners, ensuring every operational detail is perfect and every growth opportunity is captured.

We are looking for a high-energy 'doer' Someone who is obsessed with details, loves solving puzzles with data, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty to make things happen. You'll be joining a fast-paced ride where your learning curve will be vertical.

THE JOURNEY

  • Take charge of bringing new retail partners onto the platform, ensuring their digital storefronts are set up for day-one success.
  • Drive onboarding excellence: Streamlining partner setup through precise city coverage, catalog synchronization, and operational rigor to guarantee long-term success - mastery in execution!
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, acting as their go-to contact for daily operations and performance improvements.
  • Dive into the data to spot issues (like high cancellation rates or slow prep times) and work directly with partners to fix them - you like challenges!
  • Meet with partners regularly to provide performance reports, share tips on how to use our tools, and identify new ways to boost their sales.
  • Maintain a professional, proactive, and high bar relationship with our partners, representing our brand in every interaction

Qualifications

Analytical Curiosity: You enjoy working with numbers. You can use Excel/Google Sheets to track performance and turn data into simple, actionable advice.

Adaptability: You thrive in 'controlled chaos' You can switch between tasks quickly without losing your focus on quality.

Retail Passion: You have a genuine interest in how the retail and delivery industry works.

Experience: Ideally 1-2 years of experience (internships count!) in sales, account management, or operations.

English and Polish Proficiency
