The role involves leading and developing the team of executives, ensuring excellence in the management and retention of commercial portfolios. It also includes designing the regional strategy to leverage the sustainable growth of associated chains and their services, collaborating across Marketing and Operations to optimize activations and continuous improvement processes, analyzing business indicators to identify optimization opportunities and ensure the achievement of quarterly objectives, and managing demand projections and results, guiding the team towards efficiency and high impact.

The requirements include a degree in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, solid experience in commercial team leadership and strategic account management, analytical skills with a data-driven approach for informed decision-making, communication and influence skills to interact with various stakeholders and leadership levels, and a mindset of ownership with agility to adapt to dynamic and challenging environments.
