Account Executive Support Sr Analyst

Principal Challenges and Responsibilities:

  • Manage account reconciliation and provide specialized support to resolve complex doubts or complaints from our partners regarding account statements and invoicing.
  • Analyze the correct application of financial policies, including the management of bad debt and the application of reimbursements.
  • Process key financial adjustments, such as the manual issuance of credit notes after receiving and validating partner claims.
  • Be a financial support reference for the Account Executive team, functioning as a strategic link between the commercial and finance areas.
  • Generate, monitor, and follow up on internal reports and internal tickets related to invoicing processes to ensure the consistency of information.

Requirements:

  • Complete university degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in roles of accounts receivable/payable analysis or accounting, ideally in e-commerce environments or digital platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Knowledge and handling of CRM systems.
  • Communication skills, proactivity, and a strong focus on results to work autonomously, decisively, and with a sense of urgency in response to team requirements.
