Job Description

• Understand the behavior of our partners within the Fresh category to provide support based on their needs and help them develop within the category.
• Gather information and requirements that our partners may have through various methods: calls, field work, online advice, etc.
• Follow up on performance and analyze the results of the local stores to find opportunities to improve their commercial indicators.
• Manage and update product catalogs, available offers, changes in hours, profiles, and commercial advice to maintain the good service and user experience of the App.
• Loyalty; generate contact and optimize the commercial relationship by making the category profitable.
• Training partners to use the App tools and other portals.
• Constantly follow up on operational/commercial indicators to ensure the quality and continuity of the local on the platform.
• Management of the budget assigned for co-financed campaigns.

Requirements

• Education in commercial or industrial engineering, business administration, or related field.
• Good analytical capacity with good commercial understanding.
• Experience managing or following up on client portfolios (desirable).
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Availability to work in #ModoMix (2 times a week in person in the office located in Las Condes, 3 days a week Home Office).
