Here's what your job will look like:

  • Conduct webinars for new customers and employees of our client companies.
  • Build and maintain close, trusting relationships with customers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for our clients with questions, concerns, and issues.
  • Coordinate projects, track their progress, and ensure that agreed goals are met.
  • Lead regular customer meetings and check-ins independently while maintaining an overview.
  • Take responsibility for escalations and ensure that challenges are resolved quickly and solution-oriented.
  • Work closely with internal teams to continuously improve our services and processes.
  • Collect valuable feedback from our clients, analyze it, and provide relevant input to our product and management teams.
  • Create regular structured reports on project and customer status that serve as a basis for further collaboration.
