Project Coordinator
Regular Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 8am-4:30pm (schedule may adjust to M-F: 7am-3:30pm on occasion) Saturdays: Scheduled based on production need **OT on occasion - must be flexible to come in early or stay late, depending on production need. **This position will work on Christmas Eve.
Team Member should be prepared to work overtime as needed, with little notice, as well as assist production with volume processing in time of need.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Completes client tasks as assigned.
- Assists in the completion of daily work to ensure all SLA's are met.
- Monitor quality reports to measure team member performance and communicate any issues to supervisor.
- Must be able to make decisions as needed to meet operational constraints.
- Act as a leader for team and others in the division.
- Trains team members as needed.
- Reference work instructions as needed.
- Required to attend mandatory meetings and trainings, work scheduled overtime with minimal notice, and perform other duties as assigned per business needs.
Qualification Requirements:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Able to read, write and speak English.
- Able to maintain confidential information.
- Successfully pass and maintain acceptable background checks and security clearances.
- Basic computer knowledge and Microsoft Suite experience.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational, communication and customer service skills.
- Possess exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and execution skills.
